Hood Park: CPS has been actively engaged throughout the community process for Hood Park’s Master Plan notice of Project Change. We believe that Hood Park LLC can achieve their and our desired objectives for providing open green space for the community while creating an interesting development pattern through varying building heights without building to a 275-foot height. Unfortunately, on November 7, 2018 the Commission voted to accept the BPDA proposal for a 275-foot limit on the parcel. This does not automatically give the developer the right to proceed with a 275-foot building. They still need to come before the Zoning Board for each new building proposed. So, the community still has the opportunity to object to the building heights.
