The Protect Historic Charlestown Committee (PHCC) is a strategic committee within the Charlestown Preservation Society (CPS) focused on preservation planning in the neighborhood. Established in 2016 to survey and document Charlestown’s historic resources, the committee works to identify places of architectural, cultural, and historic significance in the neighborhood and provide tools to preserve and protect what makes Charlestown… Charlestown!
